LinkedIn Marketing | An Alarming Statistic

There are currently 150 million people on LinkedIn and that number is growing at a rate of one new member per second.

What is alarming is that only 50.5% of these people have a personal profile which is 100% complete. What does that say about them, their business, thier branding and their ability to get something done?
